  • Camp Maple is located in Bronte Creek Provincial Park Day use area. We have a designated camp area that includes a shelter and sports field. Drop off and pick up location will be provided upon registration.

  • Camp Maple will run for two weeks in July. July 8 - 12, and July 15 - 19. Our hours are Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm.

  • No. When you register for camp, we will provide you with an entry pass that will allow you into the park to drop off and pick up your child.

  • Camp Maple is for kids aged 5-12. We will be dividing our kids into smaller groups based on age. Although we will be doing large group activities, we will also work in smaller groups so we can cater some activities according to age.

  • $385 for 1 week, or $750 for two weeks. Your registration fee covers all camp fees including entry into the park and all activities.

  • Yes! Please indicate when registering that you would like to use a payment plan. A fee of $100 is required upon registration to hold your child’s spot, and the reminder will be paid in increments that work for you. Payment plan options will be emailed to you during the registration process.

  • At Camp Maple, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for all campers. We understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your plans. Please review our refund policy outlined below:

    Cancellation by Participant:

    If a camper needs to cancel their registration for any reason, a refund will be issued according to the following schedule:

    Requests made more than 60 days prior to the start of the camp session: Full refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $50 per camper.

    Requests made between 30 and 60 days prior to the start of the camp session: 50% refund of the camp fee.

    Requests made less than 30 days prior to the start of the camp session: No refund will be issued.

    Medical Reasons:

    If a child is unable to attend camp due to major medical reason, a refund will be provided upon receipt of a written explanation from a licensed medical professional. The refund will be prorated based on the number of days missed, minus the non-refundable administrative fee.

    Camp Cancellation:

    In the rare event that Camp Maple must cancel a camp session due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, registered participants will receive a full refund of the camp fee.

    Refund Process:

    All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@campmaple.ca

    Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the request.

    Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment.

    Non-Refundable Fees:

    Please note that certain fees, such as the $50 administrative fee is non-refundable.

    Partial Attendance:

    No refunds will be issued for campers who leave camp early or arrive late for any reason.

  • You do not need to sign up for both weeks of camp, however we do offer a discounted rate should you chose to sign up for both weeks. ($385 for 1 week, $750 for 2 weeks.) We will be offering different activities each week so if you do decide to sign up for both weeks, it will still be new and exciting!

  • Absolutely! There is a section on the registration form for friend requests. We will always try our very best to accommodate friend or sibling requests. Ideally children should be no more than 2 years apart, and both parties must make the request.

  • Yes. (Sorry for the additional paperwork!)

  • Your child will need to bring a bag with the following items:

    Sunscreen
    Water bottle
    Lunch
    Any prescription medications (In original bottle and handed in to staff each morning)

    Please make sure your child is wearing proper footwear (running shoes.)

    Some days are messier than others and a change of clothes may be required. Notice will be given on those days.

    Please leave all valuables at home, including toys, trading cards, etc. Cellphones must be kept in backpacks and are not to be used during camp hours.

    Please label all clothing and belongings.

  • To register for camp you may click the REGISTER button at the top of the page, or send us an email at info@campmaple.ca. Registration opens April 1, 2024.

  • Individualized one-on-one support will not be available for campers during our summer camp sessions. While we strive to provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants, our staffing and resources may not accommodate individualized attention on a one-on-one basis. However, we maintain small counselor-to-camper ratios to ensure that each camper receives personalized attention and guidance within the group setting.

  • Camp Maple is NUT AWARE which means that we ask that you do not pack any peanut or nut products in your child’s lunch, but we cannot guarantee a 100% nut free environment.

  • We pride ourselves on providing exceptional care and supervision for every child. With a staff-to-camper ratio of 2:10, which exceeds industry standards, you can rest assured that your child will receive the attention and support they deserve. Our commitment to maintaining a close-knit environment ensures that each camper receives personalized guidance and supervision throughout their time with us.

  • Yes! We have scheduled snack breaks in the morning and afternoon, and lunch at 12:00 p.m. Please ensure your child has a good breakfast before coming to camp as they will be participating in a lot of activities that will require their energy!

    For safety reasons, we ask that you refrain from sending any glass containers, and please keep lunches nut free.

  • Yes! Some outdoor activities may be limited during extreme heat, poor air quality, or rain, to ensure the safety and well being of all campers.

  • All of our Camp Counsellors are individuals with a desire to create memorable and meaningful experiences that positively impact the lives of children. They all have experience working with children, are first aid certified, have had a Vulnerable Sector Check as well as reference checks. Your kiddos are in great hands!

  • Yes. Official tax receipts are provided during your online registration process.
