Payment Information *

I understand that upon acceptance of registration I will send an e-transfer to info@campmaple.ca Payment plans are available. A $100 fee is required upon registration to hold your child's spot, and the remainder will be paid in agreed increments after registration. 1 week: $415 | 2 weeks: $800 | 3 weeks $1200 Registration will not be completed until e-transfer is received.
